Rice Pudding

  1. 1 Cup Water
  2. 1/2 Cup Rice
  3. 1/4 Cup Butter
  4. 1 Qt. Finney Farm Raw Milk
  5. 3 Farm Fresh Eggs
  6. 1/2 Cup Sugar
  7. 1 tsp Nutmeg
  8. Raisins (optional)
  1. Boil water and rice for 7 minutes. Reduce heat and add milk and butter. Sinner till rice is cooked (about 1 hour). Whisk eggs, sugar, and nutmeg. Add to rice and immediately remove from heat. Add raisins if desired. Enjoy!
