Pancakes
  1. 1 1/2 cup whole wheat
  2. 2 1/2 cup Finney Farm raw milk
  3. 2 TBS sugar
  4. 3 Farm Fresh eggs
  5. 1/2 cup oil
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 2 TBS Rumford baking powder
Buttermilk Syrup
  1. 1 1/2 cup sugar
  2. 3/4 cup buttermilk
  3. 1/2 cup butter
  4. 2 TBS corn syrup of agave
  5. 1 tsp baking soda
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
Pancakes
  1. Grind wheat and milk in blender for 3 minutes. Add next four ingredients. Last, add baking powder and blend just until mixed. Batter will rise quickly. Fry on hot skillet or frying pan. Serve with Buttermilk Syrup.
  2. Yield approx. 12 pancakes
Syrup
  1. Mix together all ingredients except vanilla. Boil in large saucepan for 3-5 minutes. Add vanilla. Serve warm or save and rewarm later.
Notes
  1. This recipe also works great for waffle batter!
