All cheeses are sold in generous 8 oz., 1 pound, 2 pound or 5 pound deli size packages.
They are vacuum packaged and shipped with gel packs in an insulated container.
(All shipping east of the Mississippi River, we suggest shipping UPS 2nd Day or 3rd Day to maintain freshness. Orders placed on weekends and Fridays set to ship UPS Next Day will be shipped the following Monday.)
