Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

Pancakes
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat
- 2 1/2 cup Finney Farm raw milk
- 2 TBS sugar
- 3 Farm Fresh eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 TBS Rumford baking powder
Buttermilk Syrup
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 TBS corn syrup of agave
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Pancakes
- Grind wheat and milk in blender for 3 minutes. Add next four ingredients. Last, add baking powder and blend just until mixed. Batter will rise quickly. Fry on hot skillet or frying pan. Serve with Buttermilk Syrup.
- Yield approx. 12 pancakes
Syrup
- Mix together all ingredients except vanilla. Boil in large saucepan for 3-5 minutes. Add vanilla. Serve warm or save and rewarm later.

- This recipe also works great for waffle batter!
