  1. 12 oz elbow Macaroni
  2. 1/4 C Butter
  3. 1/4 C Flour
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. Ground black pepper to taste
  6. 2 C Finney Farm Raw Dairy Milk
  7. 1 Cup Finney Farm Raw Medium Cheese
  8. 1 1/2 Cup Finney Farm Raw Sharp Cheese
  9. 1/4 Cup Finney Farm Raw Braided Smoked Mozzarella Cheese
  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through. Drain. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth, about 3 minutes. Slowly pour milk into butter-flour mixture while continuously stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbling. Slowly add all three cheeses to milk mixture and stir until cheese is melted. Fold macaroni into cheese sauce until coated.
