  1. 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  2. 2 Cups Diced potatoes (peeling optional)
  3. 1 Cup diced celery
  4. 1/2 cup diced onion or 1/4 cup dried minced onion
  5. 1/2 tablespoon salt
  6. 1/4 tablespoon pepper
  7. 1/4 cup butter
  8. 1/3 cup flour
  9. 2 cups Finney Farm Raw milk
  10. 2 Cups Finney Farm Chedder shredded
  11. 2-3 shredded chicken breasts
  1. 1.In a 4-quart saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2.Reduce heat; add the potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. In a seperate saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Now Reduce heat; add cheese, stirring until melted
  4. 4. Add Cheesy mixture to broth along with chicken and cook and stir until heated through.
  1. I left celery out because my kids just don't like it, and added one can of corn as a substitute and it tasted fine. I also used my own canned chicken breasts and it was a great time saver. You can also sprinkle shredded cheese, pepper, or parsley on top for looks. This meal is great when served with homemade wheat rolls for dipping.
