This is a healthy option for breakfast when you are in a hurry. It is prepared the night before and is full of nutrients for a great start to the day.

  1. 1/3 cup chia seeds
  2. 1 1/2 cups Finney Farm Whole Milk
  3. 2Tsp maple syrup or warm honey to sweeten
  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a pint jar. Cover the jar with a lid and give it a vigorous shake.
  2. Chill for about an hour, return and shake it up again. Chill for at least 4 hours and overnight is even better.
  3. Serve cold with seasonal fruit or granola on top.
